Swiss discoveries

Hi there! I know there has been a long pause that I didn't write at all, but I have been experiencing so many new places !! The journey in Switzerland is not yet over, but I must say so far it has been in a very certain way- amazing because of the impressions it left on my heart and head. I cannot really explain why I like so much this country, probably because of its prestige or probably because of that feeling of simply being here. I was very anxious before coming to Switzerland and I took it as a big challenge because the objective of this travel is not only leisure, but also- many responsibilities I am having here. As it follows I will come back with much more impressions about the land of watches, chocolate, milk, banks and mountains. Stay tuned.

Time to wear a hat

Here is a masculine outfit I was wearing during my last day in Strasbourg. While I was packing, I did not consider that the weather is so unpredictable in France that I took only easy clothes. But still, I took with me this fabulous hat I was never wearing before, which protected me of rain.

Bonjour Strasbourg

Strasbourg is a very romantic city. The interference between french and german make it more charismatic. To be honest I didn't visit Strasbourg because of the city itself, but because I was visiting my close friends living there and also to celebrate my birthday. That is why, the journey in Strasbourg was more relaxing than in Paris and I had more time available to do some shopping and take some photographs.
In 2 days I am leaving for a journey to Switzerland for three weeks. I will update my new destinations and I will post fresh pictures as soon as I can.

Galleries Lafayette.

What can greater than the Lafayette Galleries? From outside it seemed like a typical building, the same french facades like everywhere. But when I entered inside, believe me, my mouth remained opened !! First impression: it is so imperial, there are so many lights, the stupendous round ceiling, so much luxury and so many people. It took me some minutes to look around myself... And the immense black dress (La petite robe noire of Guerlain) in the middle, augments even more the marvellous elegance of the hall. It is a real masterpiece. If you have a considerable budget, your place definitely belongs there.

A parisian day. Louvre.

I was lucky to live in a real Parisian apartment right near the Saint-German Boulevard. To be honest I almost became claustrophobian in a 45 m square, with old creaky parquet, big windows with view on a bohemian street, extremely small cast iron balcony, decorative cheminee and gallery walls covered with abstract paintings. Mornings in s such apartment are indescribable. Probable real Parisian people don't even know of such notions as "Евро-Ремонт". It looks like the oldest, eroded one thing is and "powered with time", the greatest its value becomes.
